Currency and pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any mandatory charges are shown before you confirm payment. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently accepted are displayed at checkout. Only publish payment-method names or logos that are genuinely active in your checkout. Availability may depend on the customer’s device, order, and payment provider.

Payment authorisation

Payment is subject to authorisation by the card issuer or payment provider. We may use fraud-prevention checks and may contact you to verify an order. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services. MobielMarkt generally does not directly receive or store complete card details. Payment providers may process personal information according to their own privacy notices.

Failed, declined, or duplicate payments

If a payment is declined, verify the billing details or contact your payment provider. A pending authorisation is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically by the payment provider.

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with your order number and evidence of the transactions. Do not send complete card details by email or chat.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy. We process approved refunds within the stated timeframe, but the payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
