Unless we expressly state otherwise and can substantiate it, such references do not mean that MobielMarkt is sponsored, endorsed, or appointed as an authorised reseller by the manufacturer.

If we discover a material error in a product description or price after you order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding with correct information or cancelling for a full refund.

Orders and contract formation

Products displayed on the website are invitations to place an order. Your order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, depending on the wording of the confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, an address outside our delivery area, or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and all mandatory charges will be displayed before you submit the order. Standard UK shipping is free. Any optional charge will be shown clearly before payment.

You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment may be subject to authorisation and fraud-prevention checks by the payment provider.

Delivery

We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Our current delivery terms, including the 9:00 a.m. London-time cut-off and estimated 5–8-business-day total delivery period, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory remedies for late or failed delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy explains our 30-day return window, return method, costs, exclusions, refund timing, and exchange process. That policy forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and end dates. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We will not advertise a time-limited promotion as active after it has ended.

Intellectual property

The website and its original content, branding, layout, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to MobielMarkt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
