Getting started

Before first use, charge with the supplied charger until the indicator turns green, disconnect the charger, then press the power button. If the display is on but the motor does not respond, fully release both brake levers and restart the scooter. If the display stays off, charging seems abnormal or an error code remains, stop using the scooter and contact our support team. Do not disassemble any electrical components.
